The Peoples' Choice Winners

Because it would be unusually rare to have the general public agree with some, if any of the judge's choices for the main prizes, the organisers of the exhibition also instituted a special People's Choice set of prizes, where visitors to the show decide what three pictures in the exhibition they like best.

It is interesting to note that all three of the 'People's Choice' winners were entered as 'not for sale' items, as the artists had produced each of the individual works for members of their families.

Although we thought that the public wouldn't agree with the judges selection, in fact in the case of 'My Mother', the judges had chosen this work as being the Best Illustration in the show.

The three most popular pictures, selected by you and visitors to the A1 Open Exhibtion at The Station have received the following prizes:
